What is Hostinger Reach?
Hostinger Reach is a beginner-friendly, AI-enhanced email marketing platform fully integrated into the Hostinger ecosystem.
It uses the information you provide to generate custom, brand-aligned email campaigns. Here's what you get with the free plan:
Send up to 200 emails per month
Reach up to 100 unique subscribers every month
One-year free access, available to all users (including non-Hostinger customers)
How to get started with Hostinger Reach
Step 1 - Sign up and access the dashboard

To get started:
Visit the Hostinger Reach page and click 'Start for free'.
You'll be asked to log in to your Hostinger account or create a new one.
After you successfully log in, you’ll be taken to the home page of Reach.

Step 2 – Connect your domain
Step 2 – Connect your domain
To improve deliverability and build trust, connect a domain first. You only have to do this once.
Click on your business name and select Profile settings.
Click Connect domain and choose which domain you’d like to connect.
Note: Currently, only domains you bought at Hostinger are supported. If you have a domain elsewhere, stay tuned – it’s on our roadmap
All of your DNS records (SPF, DMARC, DKIM) will be handled automatically and it’s usually pretty fast. In some cases, however, it can take up to 24 hours. We recommend sending your first email campaign only after this time passes.
Add a sender name that matches your personal or business brand.
Update the email address, if needed. Note: If you’d like to get replies from your subscribers, use a sender email that has a mailbox. You can get an email plan and set up an email at Hostinger.

Step 3 – Add business details

Enter your business details to comply with email marketing regulations and show your audience that you run a real business. Business details will be used in your templates for compliance and reputation.
Click on your business name, select Profile settings, and then choose Business details in the page navigation.
Fill in your company or personal business information. Use the information of your legally registered entity, if applicable.
Click Save changes.

Ensure your emails match your brand.
Click on your business name, select Profile settings, and then choose Brand look in the page navigation.
Upload your logo.
Choose brand colors that match your website or marketing assets.
Preview and adjust if needed.
Click Save changes, then go Back to home.

Step 5 – Add contacts

You can add subscribers manually or import them in bulk.
Add manually
Click Add contacts.
Fill in the subscriber details.
Toggle Add another if you want to continue adding more.
Click Add contact. You’ll see a message that contacts were added successfully.
Import via CSV
Click Import contacts.
Check the formatting requirements. Your CSV must include an email column, for example.
Upload the file.
Tip: If you don’t have a file, download the template provided in the platform, fill it in, and upload it 💡
Note: Auto-sync with Website Builder
If your website is built with Hostinger Website Builder, you can click to Import from Builder to sync contacts automatically. After you connect a site, each of your forms in Website Builder will have a separate contacts group in Reach for easier management.

Step 6 – Create your first campaign

If you’ve completed steps 1 through 5, you’re ready to send your first campaign!
Click Create campaign.
Add a campaign name (this will only be visible internally).
Write a subject line that your audience will see. Try to make it catchy and relevant.
Click Continue.

Click Create template.
Use a suggested prompt or write your own idea.
Replace placeholders (like [your business name]) with real information.
Click the arrow button to generate your email.
You’ll see a desktop and mobile version. You can keep asking the AI to change the layout and the content until you’re happy with the email.
Note: For small tweaks just before you’re ready to send, click Edit content. You can change images (using your own or stock images), edit the text, and the buttons. Click Save changes and Back to chat when you’re done.
5. Return to the template list and click Use this template.

Step 8 – Choose recipients and send the campaign

Select the recipients for your campaign.
Click Continue.
Review the campaign.
Click Finish and send or Save as draft if you're not ready to send just yet.
If you click Finish and send, you’ll be asked to confirm that you want to send the email right away. Click Send now, and the campaign will be sent to your recipients.

From the Campaigns tab:
Click the arrow icon to view metrics:
Open rate
Click rate
Click-to-open rate
Unsubscribe rate
Hover over the info icons to learn what each metric means. Aim for high open and click rates, and keep unsubscribe rates low. Results may take a few days to settle, so give it time before drawing conclusions.
