If you’re using Ploi.io to manage your infrastructure, you can now connect your Hostinger VPS account directly and deploy servers with just a few clicks. Ploi.io integrates with Hostinger through our API, allowing you to spin up new VPS servers without leaving your Ploi dashboard.
Select Hostinger as a provider in Ploi.io
To start, log in to your Ploi.io dashboard. From the sidebar or server management panel, click on Create Server.
You’ll see a screen where you can select your server provider. Choose Hostinger from the list of available integrations. If you haven’t added Hostinger before, Ploi will prompt you to add it as a new provider.
Add Hostinger API token
When adding Hostinger as a provider, Ploi will ask you for two things: a label and an API key.
The label is for your identification (e.g., “Personal VPS”, “Production VPS”). The API key should be a token generated in your Hostinger Panel.
To create a token, log in to hPanel, go to your Account Settings, and locate the API section. Click Create Token, give it a name, and optionally set an expiration period. Once created, copy the token and paste it into Ploi’s API key field.
After saving, Hostinger will be listed as one of your server providers in Ploi.
Configure and launch your VPS
With Hostinger now connected, return to the Create Server screen in Ploi and choose Hostinger as the provider.
Fill in the required server details. Start by naming your server, selecting the server OS (such as Ubuntu 24.04 LTS), and choosing the IP version (IPv4 or IPv6). Continue by selecting your preferred server plan (e.g., KVM 1), region (e.g., Boston), and server type.
You can also configure stack components such as the webserver (e.g., NGINX), PHP version, and database (e.g., MySQL 8). These options let you fully customize your Hostinger VPS environment before deployment.
When you’re ready, click Create server, and Ploi will handle the rest — from ordering the VPS on Hostinger to setting up your software stack.
