Contacting Hostinger's Customer Success team

If you have questions or need help, please feel free to contact our support team at any time. Use either of the following methods, and we'll be more than happy to help.

From the hPanel

If you have a Hostinger account, log in to it and click on the Help icon in the top right:

The Help Center provides useful resources, including links to our tutorials, a Knowledge Base search function, and server status. Additionally, it can display customized content related to your services.

For a more topic-specific solution, scroll down and choose a topic, like Transfer your site:

The next page will include shortcuts for different actions when applicable, such as checking migration status or accessing helpful resources:

There will also be the option to chat with our Personal assistant.

  • Click the Chat now button below the suggested topics.

    Then, use the pop-up to send us a message.

    ​Note: the Chat now button is available at all times at the bottom right of your screen.

Interacting With the Personal Assistant

To ensure the most effective assistance, please provide all the relevant details. This includes keywords associated with the service you are asking about, a brief description of your issue, and any error messages you may be having.

For website-related questions, please specify whether your website is built using Hostinger Website Builder, WordPress, or any other content management system (CMS).

Our AI-powered Personal Assistant is here to provide you with answers. If further investigation or assistance is needed, our dedicated Customer Success Specialists will readily help 💡

If the Personal Assistant is not yet available for your account, you'll get a page with subtopics and contact options to share the details of your query.
