Whatever is the reason for the double charge, do not worry - just contact our Customer Success team and we will be happy to provide you as much information about your payment as possible.
The information that would help to speed up the investigation:
- Payment type (credit card, PayPal, etc.);
- The payment source details. In case of a card, it’s a card number (only 6 first and last 4 digits), in case of PayPal account, PayPal email, etc.
- Payment date - The date when the double charge happened;
- Payment amount - the amount of money charged.
