DNS records of type A, which stands for address records, are used to point a domain or subdomain to an IP Address, typically to your hosting server. While there are two types of IP addresses (IPv4 and IPv6), A records point to IPv4 addresses.
In order to check your current IP address, access your Websites → Dashboard page, search for Plan Details in the sidebar and click on it:
The IP will be displayed on the Website Details:

Any DNS record changes trigger propagation, which can take up to 24 hours to complete
