While using Hostinger Website Builder, you can easily add a static banner above the website's navigation menu.
Within the builder, click on Add sticky bar at the top of the header section:
Then, insert the preferred text:
To customize the background or height of the banner section, click on Edit section on the left:
Here, you can change the following:
Background settings: set a background color or image for the section
Layout settings: change the section height
