How to enable and manage product reviews
Go to Store manager, select Product reviews from the side menu, and click Settings
Toggle Collect reviews ON to activate reviews on your store.

Moderate or Automate?
1. To avoid manually moderating each review, you can rely on our built-in AI scanner to detect and block abusive comments:
a. Valid (Green): published automatically
b. Abusive (Red): marked as pending and requires your approval before appearing on your site
This saves time while still ensuring your reviews remain trustworthy and respectful 💡
2. If you’d like to have full control over what appears on your product pages, enable the Moderate reviews toggle. This allows you to manually review and approve each comment before it goes live.
Email review reminders
To help collect more feedback, automated email reminders are sent to customers after purchase.
Default reminder: 7 days after purchase
You can choose to send reminders 1, 7, 14, or 30 days after purchase
To change this:
Go to Settings in the side menu → Emails → Product reviews
Choose your preferred delay.
Choose a reminder delay that allows your customers enough time to try your product before leaving a review. This results in more thoughtful and helpful feedback 💡
How do product reviews look like on my website?
Visitors can leave reviews directly on your product pages. If no reviews exist yet, customers will see a prompt to “Be the first to leave a review”.
Once reviews are submitted, they appear just below the product info (unless you’re manually approving each review, then reviews will only appear once you approve them in Store Manager, as below:

Managing reviews in the Store Manager
1. In the Store Manager, go to Product reviews to manage all submitted reviews.
2. Here you can:
a. Change status of reviews:
Published: visible on your site
Rejected: blocked from public view
Pending: waiting for your approval
b. Delete reviews: This action is permanent and will remove the review from your site.
