When integrating your Horizons project with Supabase, you may find some errors, and this article helps you identify and be able to proceed considering this.
The best recommendation here would be to connect Supabase before you start prompting your project - this practice avoids errors, as usually those errors occur when Supabase is trying to connect to an already created project inside Horizons 💡
Initially, please proceed with the usual troubleshooting steps inside Horizons:
1. Click on the "Ask to fix" button to address the errors
3. Take a screenshot of the error faced and submit it as a prompt to Horizons, writing for it to spot and fix the error regarding the Supabase connection
4. Rewrite and send a different prompt created AI-based, considering that the Horizons tool-generated results work better when prompting using AI-generated text (like Gemini or ChatGPT)
After all of those steps, if the situation persists, we'd recommend that you approach our support.
Our support usually shares access to your Supabase project with our engineers at horizons.tech.support@hostinger.com, as we recommend adding them as project administrators.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to grant access:
Log in to your Supabase project.
Go to the Settings tab on the left menu.
Click on Team under the Access Control section.
Click on the Invite Member button.
Enter horizons.tech.support@hostinger.com in the email field.
Select Administrator as the role.
Click Send Invite.
For your reference, here’s the full documentation from Supabase: Access Control | Supabase Docs
Please, don't simply share access without interacting with our support - they need to be aware of the case via live chat so they can address it 🙏
