Using the traceroute command at Hostinger

Updated over a week ago

The traceroute command is a network diagnostic tool used to trace the path taken by packets from your device to a specified destination or host on the internet. It helps identify the route or path that data packets follow to reach their destination and shows the time taken for each hop (router or node) along the way.

In order to maintain security, stability, and fair resource allocation for all users on the our Web and Cloud hosting plans, traceroute is disabled.

If you require access traceroute, you might consider our VPS plans, where it is fully supported 😊
