You can manage your DNS records via DNS Zone Editor. To add a new record choose the type of record as A:
NOTE:
If your domain is pointing elsewhere by NS records, your DNS Zone management is moved to the provider you pointed the domain to and should be managed from there
What to use as a Host?
What for? | Value |

What to use as Points to?
Points to is for IP to which you want to point your domain. As a value, you can only add IPv4. If you want to point the domain to IPv6, you need to edit the AAAA record.
NOTE:
What to use as a TTL?
If you haven’t received any requirements for TTL from the service you want to point your domain to, leave a default TTL value. By default, the TTL is set to 14400 seconds (four hours).

Any DNS Record changes trigger propagation, which can last up to 24 hours to fully propagate.
