Accessing and setting up Plesk on Hostinger’s VPS

Updated over 10 months ago

Plesk is one of the OS templates available for our VPS plans. You can choose it while setting up your VPS for the first time or change it later anytime.

Visit our Plesk VPS hosting page to learn more about the available plans.

Logging In

Once you get your VPS running with Plesk, you will be able to log in via https://your_vps_ip:8443 (this will require you to accept an untrusted SSL certificate).

Make sure to replace your_vps_ip with the IP address of your server 💡

The default login details will be as follows:

  • Username: root

  • Password: your root password

Features

Plesk has integrated support for various Content Management Systems, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and other web software such as Git, Docker, Multi-server management, as well as a framework-ready environment for Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, and more.

That’s it! Now you know how to get Plesk Onyx up and running 😊
