By default, WordPress provides automatic updates for minor versions of WordPress core but not for plugins and themes. To have them updated automatically, you should enable this option manually, or use our Automatic WordPress Updates solution.
Automatic backups are taken prior to automatic updates so that you can restore a previous version anytime 💡
Enable Automatic WordPress Updates
In the Websites section, locate the WordPress website in question and click on Dashboard. Then, search for WordPress → Security and open it.
In the section Automatic updates configuration, move the toggle next to Enable all automatic updates.
Please read the disclaimer to learn about the benefits and risks of automated updates, and then click on Enable auto-updates to confirm.
When enabling automatic WordPress updates in hPanel, native WordPress automatic updates are disabled 💡

Troubleshoot
In case of any issues, it's recommended to disable automatic WordPress updates in hPanel → WordPress → Security.
If your website breaks down due to automatic updates, restore a backup.
