Customise your website reports and schedule them to be sent to your clients

Updated over 3 weeks ago

You will be able to select and personalise the layout of your website reports, ensuring the data is presented exactly how you need it. Additionally, the new scheduling feature allows reports to be automatically generated and sent at regular intervals, streamlining the reporting process and saving your valuable time.

The following will give you a step by step guide you how to create and manage Reports using Add-on:

Step 1 - Login to hPanel. Once logged in to your Hostinger account, you will find quick access sections on the left sidebar. Click on Add-ons and navigate to the Reports tab.

Step 2 - Click on Create first report to get started with the process of creating the report. You will first need to select the website for which you want to generate the report.

Step 3 - Once you have selected the website, you will be asked to review the report title, introduction message you want to add and your contact details. You also have a toggle to choose if you want to include your contact details to the report. Once you have reviewed these details, click Continue.

Step 4 - Next, you can choose which section you'd like to include in the website report. Simple select/deselect the section you want and either click on Download PDF to download the report or click on Continue to proceed with scheduling it.

Step 5 - In this step, you need to enter the recipient email address to whom you want to send the report to. Also, you can choose to send the report immediately or schedule it on weekly or monthly intervals.

Simply select the No schedule tab in Recurring schedule section to send the report immediately. Once done, click on Send now.

If you want to schedule the report, then select the Weekly or Monthly tab to choose the day and time. Once done, click on Schedule.

Once the reports are generated or scheduled, you will see them in the Add-ons dashboard as shown below.
