You can easily locate your MySQL databases details by opening Websites → Manage, searching for Databases Management on the sidebar and clicking on it:
Once there, scroll down to your desired database, and the details will be shown right under MySQL Database and MySQL User. Below the database name, you will also find its size:
The host for all databases is localhost
As for the password, you set it up while creating the database. In case you don't remember it - you can reset it.
