.COM.AU domains are a type of top-level domain (TLD) specific to Australia. They are used for websites, businesses, and organizations located or operating within the country.
Step 1 – Preparations
Before initiating a .com.au domain transfer, make sure to have at hand:
The EPP code of the domain name.
The Eligibility ID type.
The related trademark, and that it is either in active or pending status.
A valid and active email address to receive the Form of Authorization (FoA).
.COM.AU domains can be transferred if you have a business and a valid business number within Australia. A list of accepted business numbers can be found below:
ARBN.
Australian Business Number (ABN).
Australian Capital Territory Business Number (ACT BN).
Australian Company Number (ACN).
New South Wales Business Number (NSW BN).
Northern Territory Business Number (NT BN).

Step 2 – Initiate the transfer
Open the Hostinger Transfer Domain page (or Transfer Domain if you already have a Hostinger account), insert your domain name, and click on Transfer.
Proceed with the payment.
Setup the order from your hPanel and enter the EPP code
Choose whether you want to keep your current nameservers or use Hostinger nameservers.
Step 3 - Complete the transfer
A Form of Authorization (FoA) will be sent to the email address provided during the domain transfer setup.
Check your email to approve the transfer via the Form of Authorization (FoA). Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder.
Once the domain owner approves the FoA, the transfer process will begin, typically taking up to 2 days to complete.
If the Form of Authorization (FoA) is not approved, the transfer will not proceed.
