For now, you can use Horizons to develop a website instead of a webapp, however, have in mind that depending on how complex you want the website to be, it would be much better, easier and structured to use a ready website solution oriented to the project goal you have, such as WordPress or Hostinger Website Builder.

You are unable to edit or see the code of the webapp by yourself - however, you can request Horizons to generate a code for you to add your webapp to another website, for example.
You are unable to import your custom codes from 3rd party platforms like GitHub.
