Whether you'd like to update your contact details, add your business info, or simply remove the default "Sent via Hostinger Email" text, you can easily customize your signature from your Hostinger Webmail settings.
Follow the steps below to edit or create your own custom email signature.
ℹ️ Note for Free and Trial Users
If you're using a Free or Trial plan, your outgoing emails may include a default "Sent via Hostinger Email" signature.
You can change or remove this text anytime by following the steps below.
Alternatively, upgrading to a Business Starter or Business Premium plan will ensure no default signature is added automatically.
Customizing Your Signature in Hostinger Webmail
Log in to Hostinger Webmail
Visit https://mail.hostinger.com and sign in with your email address and password.Go to Settings
Click the gear icon on the screen to open the Settings menu.Open Identities
Select Identities from the sidebar.
This section shows the list of email addresses (identities) associated with your mailbox.Select Your Email Address
Click on the email address you want to customize the signature for.Edit the Signature
In the Signature box, you can:Add your name, role, and contact details
Include your website or social media links
Remove or replace the default "Sent via Hostinger Email" text
Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply your updated signature.
