How to Identify and Handle Unauthorized Payments from Hostinger

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When reviewing your card or bank statements, you may come across a charge that you do not immediately recognize. This article will help you determine if the charge is from Hostinger, what steps to take if you are unsure about a payment, and how to handle unauthorized transactions.

How Hostinger Payments Appear on Your Statement

Payments made to Hostinger typically appear on your card or bank statements under one of the following descriptors:

  • HOSTINGER.COM

  • HOSTINGER*SERVICES

  • HOSTINGER.COM/LT

  • HOSTINGER INTERNATIONAL

  • DM.HOSTINGERCOMBR

  • EBN*HOSTINGER

Depending on your bank or payment provider, slight variations of these descriptors may appear. If you recently purchased a hosting plan, domain, or any other service from Hostinger, it is likely that the charge corresponds to your purchase.
