What to do if you were charged twice

If you've recently purchased any of our services and you were charged twice for the same amount, there's no need to worry! We're here to assist you - please contact us through the Help Center on your hPanel and provide the following information regarding the duplicate payment:

  • Payment method used: credit card, PayPal, etc.

  • The payment source details

    • For PayPal: the email associated with the PayPal account and transaction IDs

    • For credit card: the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used for payment

    • For other payment methods: the email used for the transaction and proof of payment completion from the payment service itself

  • The payment date when the double charge happened

  • The payment amount charged

Additionally, if you see a double charge but only one invoice paid on your panel, please check your Hostinger Balance, and if there is a balance there contact us to check further.

This way, we can speed up the process of locating your payments and resolving any possible issue more efficiently.
