With either method, some additional configuration may be required on your side after migrating in order to ensure full functionality. If needed, you can consider hiring a professional developer to take care of this process.
Option 1 - Migrate From Previous Provider
With this method, your WordPress Multisite is migrated from your current hosting provider. Follow these steps:
Create a migration request using the Other control panel option
Select the destination website from the dropdown list and enter the login details from your previous provider: login URL, username and password
On the Additional information field, indicate that it's a WordPress Multisite installation:
