A domain name extension, domain ending or top-level domain (TLD) is the part of your domain name after the final dot. For instance, for domain.com, the TLD is .com. There are many TLDs to choose from, either generic or country-specific, and all of them will work with your hosting account at Hostinger! 😊

If you are searching for the ideal domain name, click here and check the available TLDs that can be purchased with us.

In case you already have a domain registered elsewhere, you can consider the following options:

  • Some TLDs may not be available for transfer. In that case, you can still use your domain at Hostinger by pointing it to our servers. After you specify the new DNS records, propagation will start, which can take up to 24 hours to complete

  • The use of any domain name with your Hostinger account should be in agreement with our Terms of Service

  • If you are having issues pointing your domain to your services here, don't hesitate to contact us via Live Support
