What to check if you cannot find your purchased services at Hostinger

If you find that there are no services in your Hostinger account after logging in, there are a few things you can check:

Option 1 - Confirm Your Hostinger Account

If you have multiple Hostiner accounts, make sure you are logging into the account where your services are located. If you are unsure about which account that may be, try the following:

  • Double-check if you have used any other email address or social login (such as Google, Facebook, or GitHub account) to log in

  • Check the inboxes of your different email accounts for messages from Hostinger. The email where you receive them is the one registered for your Hostinger account

Option 2 - Payment is in Progress

If you're certain you are logging into the correct Hostinger account and you have made your first purchase just recently, it's possible that the payment is still being processed. Depending on your chosen payment method, it might take some time for the order to appear in your hPanel.

In that case, all you need to do is wait for the payment to complete. Once it's done, you'll be able to set up your service and get started 🚀
