Troubleshooting invoices appearing as unpaid after making the payment

Updated over a week ago

If you've recently made a payment and you cannot find the corresponding service, don't worry! We're here to assist you and resolve any issues you may be facing.

First, please verify whether the payment was successfully deducted from your chosen payment method. If not, consider trying to make the purchase again.

In case the funds were indeed deducted, try refreshing the page to ensure you're getting the most up-to-date information. You can also check the following:

  • If you paid for a new service, visit the Home page on your hPanel. The services you purchased may be pending activation

  • For renewals, double-check the service's expiration date in the Billing section

When to Expect Payment Application?

Please keep in mind that the time between payment and service activation may vary. In most cases, this process takes 24 hours or less. For methods involving cash, it may require up to 48 hours.

This variation happens because each payment gateway requires time to fully process the payment data, and therefore, it can't be made faster.

Payments made with UPI may take 2 to 6 hours to complete in most cases.

Troubleshooting Delayed Payments

If more than 24 hours have passed since the payment (or 48 hours for cash methods) and the services are still inactive, please get in touch with us through the Help Center on your hPanel, providing the following information based on your payment method:

  • PayPal: the email associated with the PayPal account and transaction ID

  • Credit card: the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used for payment

  • Other payment methods: the email used for the transaction and proof of payment completion from the payment service itself

By sharing this information, you'll help locate your payment and efficiently resolve any potential issues. We're dedicated to making sure your services are activated as soon as possible.
