When to Expect Payment Application?
Please keep in mind that the time between payment and service activation may vary. In most cases, this process takes 24 hours or less. For methods involving cash, it may require up to 48 hours.
This variation happens because each payment gateway requires time to fully process the payment data, and therefore, it can't be made faster.
Troubleshooting Delayed Payments
If more than 24 hours have passed since the payment (or 48 hours for cash methods) and the services are still inactive, please get in touch with us through the Help Center on your hPanel, providing the following information based on your payment method:
PayPal: the email associated with the PayPal account and transaction ID
Credit card: the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used for payment
Other payment methods: the email used for the transaction and proof of payment completion from the payment service itself
