What to Do if an Invoice Still Appears as Unpaid After Payment
Why is the payment not completed yet and services inactive

If you just paid, but cannot find the services, don't worry! We are here to help you 💜

First, make sure that money was actually deducted from your payment method. If it was not, simply try to purchase again.

If the funds were successfully deducted, make sure to reload the hPanel page - it might be a cached version of the page.

  • If you paid for a new service, make sure to check your panel's Home page - services might be pending activation

  • If you paid for a renewal, double-check the expiration date on the Billing page

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the payment to be applied to the invoice, depending on the payment method used. This happens because the gateway needs some time to fully process the payment data and forward the transaction. As soon as the payment does reach our side, your services will automatically appear in your profile!

If it has been over 24 hours since the payment was made, and you still cannot see the services in your account, contact our Customer Success team and provide the following information:

  • For Paypal - transaction ID and the PayPal account email

  • For Credit Card - the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used

  • For other payment methods - the email and proof of payment completion (from the payment service itself)

  • If you have used UPI, in most cases, it takes up to 2-6 hours for the transaction to reach us
