How to Point a Domain to Tilda

Pointing a domain to Tilda through Hostinger

Updated over a year ago

There are two ways to point your domain to Tilda: using Tilda nameservers or creating an A record 👇

Option 1 – Use Tilda Nameservers

These are Tilda nameservers:

  • ns1.tildadns.com

  • ns2.tildadns.com

Copy the values given above, and specify them in your domain's DNS zone.

Once you do that, DNS propagation will start. This process can take up to 24 hours. During this time, it's expected that your website won't work, but give it some time, and it will get online soon.

Option 2 – Create an A Record

1. Follow this guide to find the required A record and copy the given IP

2. Create an A record in your domain’s DNS Zone

Once you add a new A record, DNS propagation will start. This process can take up to 24 hours. During this time, it's expected that your website won't work, but give it some time, and it will get online soon.

That’s it! Now you know how to point your domain to Tilda.
