What to Do if the Domain Is Not Renewed After Payment

Reasons why a domain may not be renewed after payment

If your domain renewal invoice is unpaid in the Billing section and no money has been deducted from your payment method, you can try the renewal process again.

After you successfully renew the domain and the funds are deducted from your payment method, it may take up to 24 hours for the domain to be renewed, as payment gateway needs time to process the payment data and complete the transaction.

In case your domain's expiration date falls within that 24-hour timeframe, you can refer to this article: How to Renew an Expired Domain.

If more than 24 hours have passed since the payment and your domain is still not renewed, please get in touch with us through the Help Center on your hPanel to provide proof of payment completion, and we will assist you in renewing your domain.
