You can find all the options to manage your email accounts by selecting Emails on the top bar of your hPanel:

And clicking on the Manage button next to the domain or subdomain you want to manage emails for:

There, you will be able to perform all the email management functions, such as creating or deleting email accounts, setting up email forwarders, and more.
