When running an online store with Hostinger Website Builder, you automatically get an email notification once a new order is submitted. Emails are also automatically sent to your clients.
You can preview all automatically sent email notifications in the store management area, by going to Store settings → Emails:
Emails are sent in the language that's specified in the Checkout settings.
NOTES:
Clients receive order confirmation emails immediately after submitting an order
Appointment confirmation emails and emails with a link to download digital files are sent only after a successful payment (once the order is marked as Paid)
Emails are automatically sent from ecommerce@hostinger.com, but if your customer replies, the reply is sent to the address that’s specified in your Store settings → Company information:
