Support Ticket Statuses Explained

Understanding the statuses of support tickets

If you contact our Customer Success team, and it turns out that your case is more complex and needs more time to be resolved, we'll convert your request into a ticket.

There are three main statuses of a ticket:

  1. Submitted – we've received your request, and it's about to be forwarded to the dedicated team/specialist

  2. In progress – we're currently working on your request

  3. Resolved – the problem is solved
