Steps to Upload Indonesian Domain Requirements
Log in to hPanel and go to the Domains section.
Find the domain you want to verify and click Manage.
In the Domain Information section, click the Upload button.
You will be directed to the document upload page. You can change the page language to Indonesian by clicking on INDO.
For this guide, we’ll use .co.id as an example, which requires a scanned identification card and business license (SIUP). Click Browse file under Company Certificate, then locate and upload the business license (SIUP) from your device.
Next, click the Browse file button under National Registration Identity Card, then locate and upload the responsible person’s identification from your device.
Once all the required documents are added, click Upload at the bottom of the page to submit them.
You will receive a confirmation that the documents were successfully uploaded.
From there, you simply need to wait for the document verification process, which typically takes 1-3 business days.
The approval of your Indonesian domain registration is fully handled by the registrar, Pengelola Nama Domain Internet Indonesia (PANDI).
