To use your email account with Outlook or Thunderbird, you will need to enter your account's details, such as your IMAP Host, IMAP Port, username, and password. 

You will find your email accounts' details by accessing your hPanel and navigating to the Email Accounts menu in the Emails section.

In the newly opened window, you can check your email details, create a new email account and manage the existing ones by selecting the Settings section of the issued email account. 

In the latter, you can also change the related email's password in case you forgot it :)
