How to Point MX Records to Email Services at Hostinger
MX records of Hostinger, Titan and Google Workspace Email
Updated this week

In order to properly send and receive emails, you need to make sure that your domain has the correct MX records. To verify it, access your domain DNS zone editor. If needed, you can add them following this guide: How to Manage MX Records in hPanel.

Besides MX, make sure to set up SPF and DKIM records for your domain as well!

Hostinger Email

For Hostinger Email, the values are as follows:

Priority

Host

Points to

TTL

10

@

mx2.hostinger.com

14400

5

@

mx1.hostinger.com

14400

If your domain is pointing to Hostinger by nameservers, you can set these values automatically from hPanel: just go to Emails → domain name → DNS settings and click on Set all to default:

The Email DNS settigs section on hPanel showing how to set all DNS records to default for Hostinger Email

Titan Email

If you're using Titan Email, make sure to delete any old values of MX records before adding the new records - otherwise, your email may not work properly.

Just create the following MX records on your domain's DNS Zone:

Priority

Host

Points to

TTL

10

@

mx1.titan.email

1 hour/3600 seconds

20

@

mx2.titan.email

1 hour/3600 seconds

If your domain is pointing elsewhere by nameservers, the MX records need to be set up from the service to which you are pointing your domain.

Google Workspace

If you're using Google Workspace, make sure to delete any old values of MX records before adding the new records - otherwise, your email may not work properly.

Just create the following MX records on your domain's DNS Zone:

Priority

Host

Points to

TTL

1

@

ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

1 hour/3600 seconds

5

@

ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

1 hour/3600 seconds

5

@

ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

1 hour/3600 seconds

10

@

ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

1 hour/3600 seconds

10

@

ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

1 hour/3600 seconds

If your domain is pointing elsewhere by nameservers, the MX records need to be set up from the service to which you are pointing your domain.

NOTE

Once you have edited the MX records of your domain, wait up to 24 hours for the propagation process to complete, and your email service will be working 😊
