If you choose to change your domain's MX records  to something other than the default Hostinger's MX record via your hPanel's Edit MX Record menu, your email accounts and emails will no longer be manageable at Hostinger. 

On the other hand, if you want to manage your emails from Hostinger again, don't worry! You can easily click on Reset to the default menu and your emails will start working with Hostinger again.
