The updated webmail version uses identities to send mail from.
If you see the sender field is blank, you will need to add an identity. To fix this, please do the following:
- Access your email account
- In the webmail go to Settings → Click the Identities tab → Click on your email account:
3. Fill out the information on the right side form and click Save.
That’s it, now you know how to create an identity for your email address! 😊
