While using hosting, you may face the situation, that your hosting account is missing on the homepage, and when you open the Hosting tab, you see it Suspended:

If this happened, kindly check your email for the reason of suspension - the email should already be in your inbox.

If your account is suspended because of abuse, it means that it violated our Terms of Service. If you think this is a mistake or want to know additional information, please contact the Customer Success team or simply reply to the email!

If your account is suspended because of non-payment, the solution is really simple - just renew your hosting account, and it will be back to work as soon as the payment is received 😊

If your account is canceled because of non-payment, it means that too many days passed since the expiration date, therefore the account cannot be renewed. However, you can purchase a new hosting account and rebuild your website in it. If you think the account was canceled because of a mistake, contact the Customer Success team.
