If your domain is currently pointing to Hostinger and fully propagated, you can easily reset the DNS zone on hPanel.
Resetting the DNS zone will revert all records to their default values. This can be helpful in situations like stuck propagation, when records aren't displaying, or to ensure your domain has all necessary record values to work with your Hostinger hosting account.
There are two methods to access your domain’s DNS zone, depending on where you registered your domain:
For Domains Registered at Hostinger
Go to the Domains section and click on Manage next to the domain:
On the left menu, go to the DNS/Nameservers subsection:
Once on the DNS Zone, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Reset DNS Records:
Read the confirmation message and click on Reset to proceed. After 24 hours, your domain's DNS zone will be fully propagated worldwide
For External Domains
If you have a domain purchased elsewhere added to your hosting plan and pointing to Hostinger by nameservers, follow these steps:
In the Domains section, scroll down to the list of External domains and click on Manage next to the domain:
On the DNS Zone page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Reset DNS Records:
Read the confirmation message and click on Reset to proceed. After 24 hours, your domain's DNS zone will be fully propagated worldwide
If your domain's nameservers point to another provider, you need to manage your DNS zone from there, even if records are displayed in this section 💡
