If you’ve purchased the wrong domain by mistake, or you simply changed your mind, you may change your domain as long as at least one of these conditions are met:

  • The domain wasn’t activated yet
  • The domain is active and is refundable according to our Refund Policy

To check your domain status and date of its registration, you will need to open your hPanel and click on the Domains section:
