If the domain renewal invoice appears as unpaid on your BillingServices section and no money was deducted from your payment method, you can simply try again the renewal process.

Once you have renewed the domain and the funds have been deducted from your payment method, it can take up to 24 hours for the domain to be renewed. This happens because the gateway needs some time to fully process the payment data and forward the transaction.

If more than 24 hours have passed after the successful payment and your domain is not renewed, contact our Customer Success team with a proof of payment completion - we will help you renew your domain successfully!
