Prerequisites
Before importing emails from another email provider to your Titan Email account at Hostinger, make sure you've done the following:
Create an email account with Titan Email at Hostinger
Add the necessary Titan Email DNS records to your domain's DNS zone
Check the existing storage quota used in your current mailbox, and see if it's lesser than the quota available with Titan Email; if not, consider upgrading your Titan Email plan or deleting unnecessary emails from your current mailbox
Find out the IMAP server hostname, and keep the source email address and password handy
Once the prerequisites are met, proceed to the actual import process, as described below.
Importing Emails to Titan Email
Open the Emails section, and click on Manage next to the domain name in question:
Click on Import Email Data:
In the Import Email Data section, click on Import a mailbox:
Now, you'll need to specify the information about your current mailbox: the IMAP server, SSL settings, IMAP port, remote email address, its password. Then, you'll need to select your Titan email account (the one you want to import emails to). Finally, once all the information is filled in, click on Submit:
