MX (Mail Exchange) records indicate which mail servers will handle the incoming email messages for your domain's mailboxes. If you are using Titan Email, you need to set the MX records on your domain to the following values:

You can also check the MX records for Titan Email by navigating to the Emails section of your panel, clicking on Manage next to the domain name, and selecting Domain Verification:

You will find them in the Add MX records section:

NOTE:

  • After making any changes on your domain's DNS records, allow up to 24 hours forpropagation to complete and then you will be able to use your email
