There are two main possible reasons for an email account to send emails while not receiving them:
Step 1 - Check the Domain DNS Records
To make sure that your domain's MX records are pointing correctly, go to the DNSChecker tool, enter your domain, select MX on the record list, and click on Search.
If you are using Titan Email, the result should indicate the following:
If the values are different, you need to change them in your website's DNS Zone Editor to the following MX records:
Priority | Value (Mail Server) | TTL |
10 | mx1.titan.email | default |
20 | mx2.titan.email | default |
Step 2 - Check the Mail Services
Another possibility might be due to your email account’s settings. Open the Emails section of your panel and click on Manage next to the domain name:
If your account appears as suspended:
Hover over the information symbol to find out more about the account's status.
