The EPP code (also known as an authorization or an Auth code) is a secret and unique code assigned by the domain registrar and required for domain name's transfer. It's like a safeguard against unauthorized domain transfers.

The EPP key is required when transferring .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .us and other gTLD domain names. Feel free to check our articles on how to get the EPP code while transferring from GoDaddy, BlueHost, HostGator.
