Create an email account and manage already created accounts using Hostinger Email

You can easily manage your email accounts from hPanel. Just open the Emails section and click on Manage next to the domain or subdomain:

How to Create an Email Account

​In order to add a new email account, click on Create email account:

Insert the email address, create a password that meets the requirements, and click on Create:

Make sure that the email name meets the following requirements:

  • It can be 1-50 characters long and contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and periods (.)

  • It cannot contain the following special characters: ampersand (&), equals sign (=), underscore (_), apostrophe ('), dash (-), plus sign (+), comma (,), brackets (<,>), or more than one period in a row (..)

  • Names can begin or end with non-alphanumeric characters except periods (.)

In the next step, you will find useful information on how to use your email account on your email client or device. When all is good to go, click on Complete to go back to the Email page, or Create another account to add more mailboxes.


How to Manage Email Accounts

The Manage Email Accounts section provides you with the information about your email accounts name, status, disk usage, a quick jump to Webmail, and the Options (⋮) button:

Where you will find the following options:

NOTE:

  • Email account deletion is not reversible. Once an email account is deleted, all the messages stored in the account are permanently deleted as well

If you add an email alias or forwarder to your account, it will be displayed right below the account name:
