You can change the billing cycle of your services by navigating to the Billing area of your hPanel. You will see one of the following:

Option 1 - Services

If you see the Services section, click on the Options button next to the order () and choose Change period:

In the next window, select your new renewal period from the drop-down list and click Save:

For most services, as you choose a longer period, the better the per-month price 😉

Option 2 - Subscriptions

If you see the Subscriptions page, click on the arrow next to the service (>) to see more options:

Then click Change on the Billing period:

In the next window, select your new renewal period from the drop-down list and click Save:

For most services, choosing a longer period will improve the per-month price 😉

If you don’t see the option to change the renewal period, it can be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The purchased service requires a one-time payment only

  • For Subscriptions, the billing period can only be changed if auto-renewal is enabled

  • The billing cycle of this service can only be changed during the next renewal directly in the cart
