What is Included in The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?
The following services can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, if paid with any method other than cryptocurrency:
New purchases and renewals of Web, Cloud, KVM VPS, and Game Panel hosting plans
Hostinger Email - new purchases, renewals, and upgrades
Titan Email - new purchases, renewals and upgrades
Upgrades of Web or Cloud hosting plans
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
Domain name renewals
Completed domain transfers
Domain redemption fees
Domain name registrations for most country-code TLDs (for example, .uk, .co.uk, .in, co.in, .fr, .lt, .ca, .com.au, .us, among others)
Except .br, .com.br and .net.br domains, which are refundable within 7 days of registration
Google Workspace Email
Upgrades for KVM VPS and Game Panel hosting
Any purchases made with cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets
As well as any canceled services failing to comply with our Terms of Service.
Special Refund Terms
Some services have specific refund conditions due to registrar or payment gateway limitations:
New domain name registrations for most general TLDs (for example, .com, .net, .org, etc.) are refundable within 96 hours
If your refunded plan included a free domain, we may deduct the price of the domain. In that case, you will keep ownership of the domain for the rest of the billing period
Domain name transfers can be refunded if unsuccessful and the refund is requested within 96 hours. For .br, .com.br, and .net.br domains, transfers are refundable within 7 days
Purchases made using the Multibanco or GCash payment methods are only refundable to Hostinger Balance
Partial refunds are not supported for payments made with VTC Pay
Hostinger Balance Refunds
Once a refund to Hostinger Balance is initiated, it can no longer be refunded to a different payment source.

As soon as a refund is processed, the associated services are canceled automatically and will stop working
Some payment sources do not allow direct refunds; in that case, we will require you to provide further information regarding an alternative payment method
